Album Notes & Community Reviews

Embracing the highly polished, synthesized studio methods of the late eighties, the veteran singer-songwriter delivered a collection of slick pop-rock. The production leans heavily on sophisti-pop brass sections and new wave arpeggios, framing his characteristically detailed, history-obsessed lyricism. While moving away from his acoustic folk-prog origins, it stands as an uplifting, sentimental snapshot of the era.
