Pass It On Down

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking their entry into the 1990s, the band pivoted toward songs with heavy environmental and social messaging, particularly on the successful title track. The recording sessions involved longtime producer Harold Shedd and further solidified the group's transition from 1980s bar-room country to the polished, radio-friendly aesthetic of the new decade. It remains a key example of the band's ability to blend tight vocal harmonies with soft-rock sensibilities.
