Album Notes & Community Reviews

Faced with the impossible task of following up a monumental, era-defining smash hit, the Canadian songwriter opted for a denser, more spiritually introspective direction. The album heavily embraces stream-of-consciousness lyricism, Eastern instrumentation, and subtle electronic programming, showcasing a complex artistic maturation rather than repeating her established post-grunge formula.
