Album Notes & Community Reviews

The highly revered Arditti Quartet delivers stunning, precise interpretations of Alban Berg's most pivotal chamber works. Tracking the composer's stylistic bridge from late Romanticism into highly intense, atonal Expressionism, the recordings capture the blistering technicality and profound psychological anguish inherent in the Second Viennese School's string compositions.
