Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded in Memphis, this fiery studio effort paired the iconic bluesman's massive, stinging guitar tone with the tight, rhythmic punch of the Stax house band. The interplay between his aggressive string-bending and the driving horn sections further solidified his immense influence over the contemporary blues-rock scene.
