Album Notes & Community Reviews
With '脡cailles de lune', Alcest fully realized the 'blackgaze' sound, merging the blast beats of black metal with the watery guitars of shoegaze. The album is a conceptual journey to a mystical, nocturnal world. It is melancholic, beautiful, and deeply romantic.
