Album Notes & Community Reviews

Maurizio Dami's solo project stands as a wildly influential pinnacle of eccentric Italo-disco, driven by the massive underground hit 'Probl猫mes d'amour'. The music pairs rigidly sequenced Roland TR-808 beats and squelching synthesizers with deadpan, heavily accented French vocals. It exerted an immense influence on the early Detroit techno pioneers, proving the global reach of Italian electronic dance music.
