Album Notes & Community Reviews
Reuniting with legendary producer Bob Ezrin, the iconic shock-rocker delivers a spirited, blues-driven homage to his hometown's musical legacy. 'Detroit Stories' features a prominent cast of Detroit-based rock veterans, pivoting away from theatrical heavy metal to focus on gritty garage rock and R&B covers. The album successfully captures the raw, unpretentious energy of the city's classic 1970s proto-punk scene.
