Album Notes & Community Reviews
Accompanied by a three-part comic book series written by Neil Gaiman, 'The Last Temptation' is a heavy, morality-driven concept album centering on a boy named Steven. Stepping away from the pop-metal sheen of 'Trash', Cooper incorporates grittier, 1990s-influenced hard rock while delivering deeply introspective, surprisingly earnest reflections on spiritual corruption.
