Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following the immense success of her solo debut, the former Yazoo vocalist relocated to Los Angeles to craft a highly polished, commercially oriented pop record. 'Raindancing' relies on slick, adult-contemporary synthesizer production to support Moyet's famously powerful, blues-inflected voice. Buoyed by the massive international hit 'Is This Love?', the album secured her status as a global pop powerhouse.
