Apartheid Is Nazism

Album Notes & Community Reviews

With a fiercely political title and unambiguous message, this breakthrough release from the Ivorian superstar brought West African reggae to the global stage. 'Apartheid Is Nazism' pairs incredibly lush, horn-driven roots arrangements with scathing multilingual critiques of the South African segregationist regime. The deeply impactful album cemented Alpha Blondy's status as a vital voice for Pan-African unity and a massive star throughout the Francophone world.
