Album Notes & Community Reviews

The highly anticipated solo debut from the former Dirty Projectors vocalist follows her highly publicized exit from the band and romantic split from its frontman. The tracking relies on lush, warmly recorded classic R&B and indie pop instrumentation designed to highlight her remarkably acrobatic, crystalline vocal melodies. The album provides a deeply empowering, optimistic reflection on self-discovery and personal independence.
