Album Notes & Community Reviews

The French band Ananda compress ten short songs into just over half an hour on 'Profane', with composer St茅phane Joly's writing driving the record. Its metalcore is built on blast beats, dissonant guitar figures and shifts of metre that keep the arrangements unstable even at their most direct.
