Heavy Is the Crown

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Nine-time Grammy winner Anderson .Paak and Grammy-nominated rapper Cordae joined forces for their collaborative debut album, 'Heavy Is the Crown'. Released through APESHIT, Mass Appeal, and EMPIRE, the full-length project builds upon the organic chemistry they previously showcased on tracks like 'RNP' and 'Two Tens'. Balancing the serious reality of success and family responsibility with uncompromising fun, the record features .Paak's soul-drenched musicality anchoring Cordae's razor-sharp lyricism, backed by production from heavyweights like J. Cole, 9th Wonder, and Swizz Beatz.
