Album Notes & Community Reviews
Executive produced by Dr. Dre, the California polymath's third studio album embraces a lavish, cinematic, G-funk-inspired sound. It features high-profile guest appearances from Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg, and J. Cole, capturing the sun-drenched hedonism and gritty street tales of his hometown. The record served as a major commercial milestone, bridging his underground neo-soul roots with blockbuster hip-hop production.
