Album Notes & Community Reviews

While still a prominent member of Los Abuelos de la Nada, the Argentine musician launched his solo career with this vibrant new wave debut. Produced by Charly Garc铆a, 'Hotel Calamaro' merges sophisticated pop-rock structures with driving synthesizers and Calamaro's uniquely playful, urban lyricism. It signaled the arrival of a major solo force in the Rock Nacional movement.
