Album Notes & Community Reviews

Taking a remarkably dark and intense turn, the famously hyper-positive party-rocker fully embraces synthesizer-drenched, dramatic heavy metal on his sixth studio effort. 'God Is Partying' abandons his usual frantic optimism for brooding, occult-tinged arena rock and themes of intense personal strife. The album is a fascinating, heavily orchestrated pivot that drastically reshapes his long-standing artistic persona.
