Album Notes & Community Reviews

Standing as a fiercely aggressive milestone in the nascent deathcore movement, 'Empires' expertly fuses technically punishing death metal with blistering hardcore breakdowns. The album operates with a serious, deeply angry tone, frequently tackling heavily political and anti-religious lyrical themes. It is highly regarded for integrating deathgrind intensity without sacrificing colossal, heavy grooves.
