Album Notes & Community Reviews

Collaborating closely with Adrian Sherwood and On-U Sound musicians, the former Crass-affiliate constructed a profoundly dense and surreal sonic landscape. 'Jackamo' intertwines her theatrical, spoken-word poetry with heavy dub basslines, industrial clatter, and dark cabaret sensuality. The album is a brilliant, disorienting triumph of experimental post-punk expressionism.
