Album Notes & Community Reviews

Functioning as both a musical release and a companion piece to a published art book, the record explores themes of nature, spirituality, and mortality through sweeping, avant-garde chamber pop. Anohni's uniquely tremulous vocals drift above fragile, ethereal orchestrations, resulting in a profoundly meditative and haunting experience. It continues the ensemble's legacy of crafting some of the most emotionally devastating art-pop of the modern era.
