Album Notes & Community Reviews

On 'Persistence of Time', Anthrax largely abandons their previously humorous image for a significantly darker, more aggressive thrash metal sound. The album is incredibly heavy and rhythmic, delivering angry, politically charged lyricism alongside precise, energetic guitar riffing.
