Album Notes & Community Reviews

Anvil's debut 'Hard 'n' Heavy' introduced the Canadian band's raw traditional heavy metal sound before their later speed-metal reputation developed. The album reflects the period when North American metal was beginning to absorb the energy of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal.
