It's Five o'Clock

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded in Paris during a period of rising inter-band tension, the sophomore effort by the renowned Greek ensemble leans toward a highly polished, heavily orchestrated form of psychedelic pop. Dominated by Vangelis' sweeping keyboard arrangements and Demis Roussos' distinctive, quavering tenor, the album perfectly bridges the gap between European pop sensibilities and progressive rock ambition.
