Album Notes & Community Reviews

The debut album by Apollyon Sun, the project Tom Gabriel Fischer formed after the dissolution of Celtic Frost, 'Sub' recasts his extreme-metal lineage as industrial rock. Recorded between 1998 and 2000 in London, Manhattan and at Nomis Studios with producer Roli Mosimann, with guitarist Erol Unala, former Coroner drummer Marky Edelmann, bassist Danny Zingg and programmer Donovan Szypura, it remakes Hellhammer's 'Messiah' as 'Messiah (Second Coming)' and continues the 'Human' sequence begun on 'Morbid Tales'.
