Album Notes & Community Reviews

Conceived under the pseudonym Arawak by Italian composer Luciano Simoncini, this incredibly lush library music record is a masterclass in cinematic jazz-funk. The purely instrumental tracks combine warm, sophisticated brass arrangements with deeply syncopated, propulsive rhythms. It has since become a legendary, heavily sampled crate-digger classic among international groove aficionados.
