Album Notes & Community Reviews

Departing heavily from the European medieval themes of their early catalog, the Swedish darkwave project heavily incorporates Middle Eastern and Andalusian instrumentation on their fifth album. The record relies on mesmerizing darbuka rhythms, dulcimers, and sweeping ambient electronics to evoke a deeply sensual, tribal, and nocturnal atmosphere.
