Stepping away from his acclaimed King Krule moniker, the artist released this multi-disciplinary project alongside a book of poetry and artwork created with his brother. The music entirely abandons his signature jagged punk guitars for murky, deeply isolated electronic beats, lo-fi hip-hop loops, and mumbled spoken-word verses. It offers a fascinating, insular look at South London urban melancholy.
