Album Notes & Community Reviews

Operating distinctly outside the expansive, multi-vocalist universe of his primary Ayreon project, the Dutch multi-instrumentalist recorded this conceptually driven solo album handling almost all lead vocals himself. The narrative follows an awakened cryogenically frozen man navigating a bizarre, dystopian future, guided by narration from actor Rutger Hauer. It leans heavily into a whimsical, Beatles-esque interpretation of progressive rock and vintage science fiction aesthetics.
