Following the collapse of Kingdom Come, theatrical rock pioneer Arthur Brown shifted gears dramatically with the highly eclectic 'Dance'. The album embraces quirky, rhythmic progressive pop arrangements infused with funk, abandoning much of his previous heavy psychedelic gloom for a surprisingly playful aesthetic.
