Album Notes & Community Reviews
The Long Island quintet expands their incredibly dense, sci-fi-themed extreme metal sound on this brutal sophomore effort. The album marries guttural, cavernous vocals with hyper-technical, dissonant guitar riffing to paint a bleak narrative of artificial intelligence overtaking organic life. It established them as leading innovators in the modern dissonance movement within death metal.
