Album Notes & Community Reviews

San Diego's Ascended Dead unleashes a truly chaotic, blisteringly fast interpretation of old-school death metal on their highly anticipated sophomore release. 'Evenfall of the Apocalypse' intertwines wildly technical, tremolo-picked guitar solos with a relentless, blast-beat-heavy percussive attack. The album stands as an incredibly dense, manic, and unyieldingly aggressive pillar of the modern extreme metal resurgence.
