Recorded during breaks in the 'Tarot' sessions with Klaus Schulze briefly returning to the drum kit, Ash Ra Tempel delivered an essential, dual-sided Krautrock classic. 'Join Inn' balances a fiercely rhythmic, wonderfully warm psychedelic rock jam on its first half with an incredibly atmospheric, deeply melancholic, and highly ethereal space-ambient meditation on its second.
