Album Notes & Community Reviews
The Indian-born vocalist delivers an infectious, highly polished foray into space-age disco and sensual smooth soul[cite: 1]. Celebrated for its lush, string-drenched production and her distinctive, breathy vocal delivery, the record became an underground dance classic and a frequent target for modern hip-hop sampling[cite: 1].
