Album Notes & Community Reviews

Manuel Göttsching's second release under the truncated Ashra moniker seamlessly blends his mesmerizing krautrock guitar techniques with lush, synthesizer-driven Berlin School electronics. 'Blackouts' is an incredibly peaceful, highly repetitive exploration of space ambient music, leaning heavily on remarkably atmospheric, deeply melodic, and beautifully minimalistic instrumental sequences.
