Album Notes & Community Reviews

Led by guitarist Toto Blanke and drummer Pierre Courbois, this intense European ensemble offered a blistering, highly experimental approach to jazz-rock. The recording frequently abandons structured fusion in favor of chaotic, free-jazz improvisation, characterized by heavily distorted, angular guitar work and relentless rhythmic propulsion. It serves as a formidable example of the uncompromising, avant-garde edge of early 1970s continental fusion.
