Album Notes & Community Reviews
Released during a highly fertile period for UK reggae, 'New Chapter' finds Aswad refining their militant roots sound with cleaner, highly polished studio production. The album maintains the band's steadfast commitment to conscious, politically charged lyricism while introducing warmer, more accessible melodic sensibilities.
