Automatic Writing

Formed by John Frusciante, Fugazi's Joe Lally, and Josh Klinghoffer, this short-lived experimental trio recorded the entirety of their catalog during a fleeting two-week session. The resulting album is composed of lengthy, improvisational guitar jams driven by propulsive, dub-inflected basslines and space-rock textures.
