Album Notes & Community Reviews

Returning after a seventeen-year studio hiatus, the technical death metal pioneers seamlessly resurrected their signature complex, jazz-inflected sound. The record eschews modern over-production for an aggressive, organic attack that reaffirms their foundational status within progressive extreme music. It serves as a triumphant comeback that successfully bridged the gap between old-school death metal brutality and modern technical virtuosity.
