Bradford Cox's third solo album as Atlas Sound is a cohesive set of sci-fi tinged psychedelic pop. While maintaining his signature stream-of-consciousness style, 'Parallax' features tighter song structures and cleaner production. It is a lonely, drifting record that feels like broadcasting from a space station.
