Album Notes & Community Reviews

Formed by Vincent Crane and Carl Palmer immediately following their departure from The Crazy World of Arthur Brown, this keyboard-heavy debut successfully bridged intricate progressive structures with ominous hard rock. Driven by Crane's virtuosic Hammond organ playing, the record laid down a uniquely heavy, intensely rhythmic template before Palmer's quick exit to join ELP.
