Album Notes & Community Reviews

Driven by visceral breakdowns and a harrowing lyrical focus on trauma and addiction, 'The Absence of Warmth' establishes Atrophy as a formidable presence in the beatdown hardcore scene. The female-fronted outfit channels profound anxiety and trans experience into a suffocating, incredibly heavy sonic atmosphere.
