Death House

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally distributed on a remarkably limited run of cassettes, this debut recording encapsulates the bleak, claustrophobic essence of the early UK industrial underground. Martin Bowes utilized primitive synthesizers, tape loops, and harsh noise manipulation to construct a deeply unsettling, cinematic atmosphere of dread. It serves as an essential foundational text for the subsequent evolution of dark ambient and darkwave music.
