Album Notes & Community Reviews

Dan the Automator constructs a sprawling, cinematic hip-hop experience heavily informed by abstract beat-making and turntable manipulation. 'A Much Better Tomorrow' seamlessly integrates dense science-fiction sampling with boom-bap rhythms and prominent guest verses from underground heavyweights like Kool Keith. The critically praised project solidified his reputation as a premier architect of left-field, conceptual hip-hop production.
