Lucille

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Named affectionately after his iconic Gibson guitar, this album acts as an expansive, brass-heavy introduction to the legendary bluesman's signature sound. 'Lucille' features a sprawling ten-minute title track that relies on spoken-word storytelling over a simmering, soulful groove. It arrived perfectly timed to capture the booming white rock audience that had recently discovered his vast influence on electric guitar.
