Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released posthumously after the massive singer's tragic death, this Curtis Mayfield-produced titan is one of the most incredibly heavy, deeply emotional soul records of the 1970s. 'The Baby Huey Story' is a fiercely energetic, intensely rhythmic psychedelic soul masterpiece, overflowing with remarkably passionate, wonderfully triumphant vocal performances and deeply conscious, uplifting grooves.
