Album Notes & Community Reviews

Spearheaded by the notoriously elusive Dean Blunt, this heavily conceptual project acts as a hyper-cynical, deeply satirical examination of British nationalism and urban paranoia. Operating as a fake mixtape hosted by a fictional DJ, the record splices mumbled, lethargic raps with harsh noise, stolen grime instrumentals, and abrasive political commentary. It is a wildly creative, highly antagonistic piece of avant-garde hip-hop.
