Album Notes & Community Reviews
Operating without original frontman H.R., the Washington D.C. hardcore pioneers recruited vocalist Israel Joseph I for this unique release. 'Rise' pushes their sound firmly into heavy alternative metal and funk rock territories, while retaining their essential reggae rhythms and conscious Rastafarian lyricism.
