Album Notes & Community Reviews

Attempting a valiant comeback following devastating tragedy and severe legal battles, 'Airwaves' reformulates Badfinger as a polished, harmony-driven power pop outfit. The surviving core members drafted session musicians to achieve a highly professional, radio-friendly sheen that slightly obscured their usual rock grit. Though 'Love is Gonna Come at Last' secured minor chart success, the record reflects a band struggling to reclaim their past glory amidst profound loss.
