Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded during a period of severe professional turmoil and impending legal disaster for the band, 'Wish You Were Here' stands as the final studio masterpiece of the original Badfinger lineup. The record balances their trademark power-pop hooks with surprisingly dense, lush, and occasionally psychedelic arrangements, all underscored by an inescapable, bittersweet emotional fragility.
