Album Notes & Community Reviews
Operating as an experimental folk supergroup featuring members of Six Organs of Admittance and Xiu Xiu, the ensemble presents a highly atmospheric, primarily acoustic instrumental work. The loosely structured, deeply psychedelic record incorporates delicate fingerpicking, droning harmoniums, and subtle tape manipulations, epitomizing the mid-2000s New Weird America movement.
